What comes with your new manufactured home often depends on the price range of the home. It may also vary based on which building facility will be constructing your home, or the specific home building brand, so you will always want to verify with your home center in advance to confirm what features will be included as standard with your home.

All new Clayton Built® manufactured homes come with:

  • Construction that meets wind and insulation requirements for your home’s specific location

  • Standard flooring

  • Cabinets and shelves

  • Light fixtures

  • Plumbing fixtures

  • Washer and dryer hook-ups

  • Standard whole home shut-off water valve

  • A standard 3/12 roof pitch, or higher
